About the Event
The 17th annual Gnoonie Youth Football Cup is back for another exciting afternoon of community, culture, and footy at Rushton Park!
This free, family-friendly event includes:
- Four footy matches across age groups: Under 11s, Junior Mixed (12–15), Senior Women (16–25), and Senior Men (16–25).
- Prizes and trophies for Best on Ground and winning teams.
- Entertainment for all ages: DJ, bouncy castle, face painting
- Free sausage sizzle and ice cream.
- City of Mandurah Community Safety pop-up where you can register your bike or scooter with Bikelinc.
Whether you're playing or cheering from the sidelines, there’s something for everyone!
Player Registration
Players aged 12–25 can register online here or on the day.
Note: Participants under 18 will require parent/guardian consent.
Event Schedule
- 3:00pm – Registrations open
- 3:30pm – Formalities: Welcome to Country, Smoking Ceremony
- 3:45pm – Under 11s Mixed Match (2 x 15 min halves)
- 4:20pm – Under 11s Presentations
- 4:30pm – Junior Mixed Match (ages 12–15) (2 x 20 min halves, 5 min half-time)
- 5:15pm – Junior Presentations
- 5:30pm – Senior Women’s Match (ages 16–25) (2 x 20 min halves, 5 min half-time)
- 6:15pm – Senior Women’s Presentations
- 6:30pm – Senior Men’s Match (ages 16–25) (2 x 20 min halves, 5 min half-time)
- 7:15pm – Senior Men’s Presentations & Community Dinner
- 7:30pm – Event Close
